New Construction: We have a system for painting new construction homes that give amazing results. We spend the time necessary to properly prep the surfaces before applying the paint. We can meet almost any deadline for completion with excellent customer satisfaction. Although we are not the cheapest painter in town, our finished product is well worth the cost especially in high end housing. Power washing: To insure a long lasting paint job, proper surface preparation is essential. With over 29 years in painting we know what needs to be done and how to do it. Power washing: Homes in Lower Delaware, especially the beach area, have problems with mold, mildew and algae growing on the exterior. We use environmentally safe products to kill the mildew and remove the stains from you homes exterior. Deck Staining: We are Certified in using Wolmans deck products. This means As a Wolman Certified Contractor, we are the professional that homeowners and property managers trust to clean, restore, and protect their decks, fences, and other outdoor wood. We have taken an in-depth program learning wood characteristics and susceptibility to weather damage, and the all-important "how-to's" of proper care and maintenance, selection and use of WOLMAN products in our community. Wallpaper Removal & Installation: We are members of the National Guild of Professional Paperhangers. We have been installing wallpaper since we started in business in 1979. Weathered Stone: The worlds first bendable stone. We have received certification in the installation & sales of Weathered Stone. This is an amazing product that has the look of old stone and can be installed on any interior surface for a great look. Much fatser & cheaper than real stone or faux finished venetian plaster.
